摘要
流域水环境污染源调查是合理规划水环境治理工程,有效实施环境综合整治,切实提高水环境质量的一项重要基础工作。为此,流域水环境规划必须全面掌握水体污染特征,摸清各类污染源的数量、类型以及空间分布,明确主要污染物及其排放量、排放去向、污染治理水平,核定入河主要污染物负荷量的空间分布。
The investigation of pollution sources in a river basin is an important basic work for the rational planning of water environmental improvement project,the effective implementation of comprehensive environmental management and the practical improvement of water environmental quality.It is necessary to fully grasp the characteristics of water pollution in the water environment of a river basin,investigate the number,type and spatial distribution of all kinds of pollution sources,clarify the major pollutants and their discharge,destination of discharge and pollution control level,and verify the spatial distribution of the load of major pollutants entering the river.
