藉河水环境质量与浮游植物群落结构特征

摘要 为了解藉河水环境质量和浮游植物群落结构特征,反映河流水生态系统的健康情况。本研究对藉河沿岸6个采样点进行水质监测和浮游植物群落结构调查。结果表明:藉河水环境pH为7.8~8.6,溶解氧(DO)含量8月较高,最高值为8.2 mg·L^(-1)。化学需氧量(CODCR)和5日生化需氧量(BOD5)在7月时最低,分别为8.3 mg·L^(-1)和2.94 mg·L^(-1);总氮(TN)含量和总磷(TP)含量在8月和9月最低,分别为2.38 mg·L^(-1)和129μg·L^(-1);高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)在9月最低,为2.85 mg·L^(-1)。因此,藉河河流水质在8~10月较好,水体被污染程度较低。藉河流域水质环境特征有利于浮游植物物种的生长,藉河物种多样性、物种数和生物量均较高。硅藻门是藉河浮游植物种的优势种,优势度较高的有舟形藻属(Navicula)、月形藻属(Amphora)和直链藻属(Melosina)等。本研究可为藉河流域的水资源开发和环境综合治理提供参考。 In order to understand the health of river water ecosystem,we study the water quality and characteristics of phytoplankton community structure in Jihe watershed.There are 6 sampling sites along the Jihe watershed for investigation of water quality indice and phytoplankton community structure.The results showed that pH value of Jihe watershed was 7.8-8.6.The DO content was the highest of 8.2 mg‧L^(-1) in August.The CODCR and BOD5 were the lowest in July,which were of 8.3 mg·L^(-1) and 2.94 mg·L^(-1).The content of TN(2.38 mg·L^(-1))was the lowest in August and the content of TP(129μg·L^(-1))was the lowest in September.The CODMn and HAR of Jihe watershed were the lowest in September.The results indicated that the water of Jihe was little polluted from August to October.The Jihe water quality were suitable for phytoplankton species.There were more phytoplankton species with higher diversity,number and biomass.Results showed that the diatoms were the dominant species of Fluvial phytoplankton in Jihe watershed,and the most dominant species were Navicula,Amphora and Melosina,etc.Though this study,we supply references for Jihe watershed on water resources development and comprehensive environmental management.
