摘要
目的探讨单孔法腔镜保乳术对乳腺癌患者美容效果及生命质量的影响。方法将66例乳腺癌患者根据手术方法分为观察组(n=26,单孔法腔镜保乳术)和对照组(n=40,开放保乳术)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量及术后引流量优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各项生命质量评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组乳房美容优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单孔法腔镜保乳术治疗乳腺癌,能提高患者生命质量,且美容效果好。
Objective To investigate the influences of single port endoscopic breast conserving surgery on cosmetic effect and quality of life of breast cancer patients.Methods According to the surgical methods,66 patients with breast cancer were divided into observation group(n=26,single port endoscopic breast conserving surgery)and control group(n=40,open breast conserving surgery).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss volume and postoperative drainage volume of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the quality of life scores and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the excellent and good rate of breast beauty in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Single port endoscopic breast conserving surgery in the treatment of breast cancer can improve the quality of life of patients,with good cosmetic effect.
