摘要
目的分析微创旋切术与传统手术治疗乳腺良性肿物的临床价值。方法随机选取郑州大学附属肿瘤医院2017年3月-2017年8月收治的乳腺良性肿物患者100例,采用随机数字法将其分成传统组(接受传统开放乳腺良性切除术治疗)与微创组(接受微创旋切术治疗),每组50例。比较两组患者手术指标、疼痛情况、手术满意度及并发症。结果微创组患者切口长度、出血量、术后恢复时间少于传统组(P<0.05)。两组患者术前VAS评分差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后升高;其中微创组患者术后2h、24h小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者手术满意度差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微创组患者并发症发生率低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿物在手术时间、出血量、美观性、疼痛及并发症方面治疗传统手术有价值,推荐使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive atherectomy and traditional surgery in the treatment of benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 100 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University)from March 2017 to August 2017)were randomly enrolled and divided into two groups by random number method,with 50 cases each.The traditional group received traditional open surgery,and the minimally invasive group received minimally invasive atherectomy.Operative indicators,pain degree,satisfaction degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incision length,bleeding volume and recovery time of the minimally invasive group were better than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).VAS score showed no difference between groups before operation(P>0.05),which was increased in both groups(P<0.05),and was lower in the minimally invasive group than in the traditional group at postoperative 2 h and 24 h(P<0.05).Surgical satisfaction degree showed significant difference between groups(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the minimally invasive group was lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with benign breast tumors,the minimally invasive atherectomy is better than the traditional open surgery in terms of operation time,bleeding volume,aesthetics,pain and complications.
