摘要
该文通过调查其作者所在学校在校检验学生对体外诊断的了解程度,基于市场需求,利于就业导向,加强对四年制医学检验本科学生综合能力培养途径进行探索,以体外诊断行业岗位能力需求为导向构建面向体外诊断技术行业的医学检验技术人才培养模式,解决其人才缺乏难题。
Based on the investigation of the students'knowledge of in vitro diagnosis of the author's school,the market demand,and the employment orientation,this paper explores the ways to develop the comprehensive ability of four-year medical laboratory undergraduate students and to establish a training model of medical laboratory technical talents oriented to the field of in vitro diagnostic technology to solve the problem of talent shortage.
