摘要
努力构建"三全育人"工作体系,不断增强人才培养的针对性和实效性,提升高校思想政治工作质量,对培养新时代德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人具有重要的意义。该文结合辅导员工作职责,就高校辅导员在"三全育人"过程中发挥作用的原则和具体路径进行了探讨和分析。
Working hard to build a"Three Whole Education"work system,constantly enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of talent training,and improving the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities are of great significance to the cultivation of socialist builders and successors with full development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor in the new era.This paper discusses and analyzes the principles and specific path of college counselors'role in the process of"Three Whole Education".
