摘要
为了满足复合型应用人才的培养需求,针对质量管理与可靠性课程中存在的问题,对教学方式、教学内容、实践环节等方面进行改革与创新,阐述了启发式教学和案例教学相结合,理论教学和实践相融合的教学模式,为构建复合型应用人才的培养目标提供参考和借鉴。
In order to meet the demand of the cultivation of applied talents,and in view of the problems existing in the course of Quality Management and Reliability,the reform and innovation in practical aspects of teaching is proposed.This paper expounds the combination of heuristic teaching and case teaching,the integration of theory and practice teaching in order to build an applied talents training model to provide reference for the cultivation of applied talents.
