摘要
以哈尔滨工业大学能源科学与工程学院为例对本研一体化教学培养模式改革进行了分析,明确了改革理念及发展目标,提出了本研一体化建设举措。建设本研一体化课程体系,建设本科生导师制和研究团队制的培养模式,建设本科生科研与实践教学计划。对本研一体化教学培养模式进行改革能够充分调动学生对专业方向的学习热情、主动性和积极性,提高学生的研究性学习能力、竞争能力及创新性能力。
Through taking College of Energy Science and Engineering,Harbin Institute of Technology as an example,the paper analyzes the reform of teaching and training mode of undergraduate and postgraduate integration,clarifies the reform concept and development aim,and proposes the construction measures of undergraduate and postgraduate integration.It is suggested to construct the course system of undergraduate and postgraduate integration,training mode of undergraduate tutorial system and research team system,and undergraduate scientific research and practical teaching planning.The reform of the teaching and training mode of undergraduate and postgraduate integration can fully mobilize the study enthusiasm,initiative and enthusiasm of the students,and improve their inquiry learning,competitiveness and innovation abilities.
