摘要
新中国成立初期,国内存在有多种经济形式。我们党为了加强对企业的管理,通过对旧企业体制机制进行民主改革、加强企业党组织和党员队伍建设、建立基层工会组织、开展“三反”“五反”斗争等一系列实践活动,顺利实现了对旧企业的接管与改造,在此过程中积累了丰富的企业党建经验。改革开放后,我们改变了之前单一的经济形式,培育并发展多种经济形式,由此推动了我国经济的高速发展。借鉴新中国成立初期党对企业领导和管理的经验与教训,对于全面提升新时代企业党建水平具有重要意义。
In the early days of liberation,there were various economic forms in China.In order to strengthen the management of enterprises,the party has carried out a series of practical activities,such as democratic reform of the old enterprise system and mechanism,strengthening the construction of Party members in enterprise organizations,establishing grass-roots trade union organizations,carrying out the“three anti”and“five anti”struggles,and has successfully taken over and transformed the old enterprises.In this process,rich experience has been gained in enterprise party building.After the reform and opening up,the single economic form was turned into a variety of economic forms,promoting the rapid development of China's economy.It is of great significance to learn from the experience and lessons of the party's leadership and management of enterprises in the early days of new China to comprehensively improve the level of Party building in enterprises in the new era.
