摘要
光强传输方程相位测量系统常使用激光作为光源或者借助商业显微镜搭建,存在成像质量受相干噪声影响、系统体积大及成本高等问题。为解决以上问题,提出一种基于LED照明的光强传输方程定量相位测量系统。使用LED照明,避免了激光散斑噪声的影响。在显微成像模块中,利用移动导轨调节并标定透镜位置,使得切换不同倍率显微物镜时均能与透镜构成4f成像系统,满足不同物体的测量需求。实验结果表明,所提系统可准确实现定量相位测量,具有系统紧凑、成本低、操作性强等优点。
A laser as light source or commercial microscope is always used for building TIE phase measurement system,which has some problems of imaging quality effected by coherent noise,large system cubage or high system cost.To solve the afore-mentioned problems,a TIE phase measurement system based on LED illumination is proposed.The use of LED illumination avoids the impact of laser speckle noise.A mobile rail is used to adjust and calibrate the position of imaging lens in microscopic imaging module.So that a 4 f imaging system always can be formed with imaging lens when switching microscope objectives with different magnifications,which can meet the measurement requirements for different objects.The experiment results show that the proposed system can realize quantitative phase measurement accurately and has the advantages of compact system,low costs,and simplify operation.
