超声心动图评价增大左心室射血分数的准确性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过三种不同超声技术四种方法测量左心室增大情况下其容量及射血分数,评估当左心室增大的情况下,选择适当的方法准确测量左心室容量及射血分数。方法:选择60例左心室增大的患者,分别用M型超声心动图、单/双平面Simpson法、实时三维法四种方法来测量左心室舒张末容积(LVEDV)和左心室收缩末容积(LVESV),以及左心室射血分数(LVEF)。采用单因素方差分析对结果进行两两比较,采用直线相关分析M超、单平面法、双平面法与实时三维的测值的相关性。结果:60例左心室增大患者均得到了心内膜清晰的图像。双平面Simpson法与实时三维法测量的LVEDV、LVESV、LVEF结果相关性较好,r值分别约0.9524、0.9153、0.9374,P均<0.001两种方法测值差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),与M超与单平面Simpson法测值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双平面Simpson法与实时三维法一样,在测量增大左心室容量及功能方面有较高的准确性及较好的相关性。M超、单平面Simpson法测量误差大。
