摘要
M24高强度螺栓是装配式钢结构建筑中应用最广泛的螺栓规格之一。借助美国进口的MTS Landmark 370.50伺服液压疲劳试验机,针对20MnTiB、10.9级、M24高强度大六角头螺栓进行了3个静力拉伸试验和14个常幅疲劳试验,通过断口分析揭示了疲劳破坏的特点及机理,得到了相应的疲劳曲线,建立了其常幅疲劳设计方法,并建议将该连接构造归入《钢结构设计标准》(GB 50017-2017)表16.2.1-1中的Z5类。
M24 high strength bolts are one of the most widely used bolt specifications in fabricated steel structure buildings.With the help of the MTS Landmark 370.50 servo hydraulic fatigue testing machine imported from the United States,three static tensile tests and 14 constant amplitude fatigue tests were carried out for 20 MnTiB,10.9 grade and M24 high strength large hexagonal head bolts.The characteristics and mechanism of fatigue failure were revealed by fracture analysis,the corresponding fatigue curves were obtained,and the design method of constant amplitude fatigue was established.It is suggested that the connection structure be classified as Z5 in Table 16.2.1-1 of the Design Standards for Steel Structures(GB 50017-2017).
