摘要
目的分析老年新发2型糖尿病采用二甲双胍联合胰岛素泵治疗的临床疗效。方法选取广西壮族自治区柳州市妇幼保健院与江苏省南京市第一医院2019年1—8月共同收治的62例老年新发2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组患者仅采用胰岛素泵治疗,于对照组基础上,观察组联合采用二甲双胍进行治疗,对比两组治疗前后各项血糖指标变化情况、血糖达标时间、胰岛素应用量、血糖完全达标率与患者体重增加值。结果与对照组对比,观察组治疗后2 hBG、FBG更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组对比,观察组血糖达标时间更短,胰岛素应用量与体重增加值更小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年新发2型糖尿病采用二甲双胍联合胰岛素泵治疗的临床疗效显著,利于改善患者血糖,减少胰岛素应用量,且药物不良反应,可将其推广于临床。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of metformin combined with insulin pump in the treatment of new-onset type 2 diabetes in the elderly.Methods A total of 62 elderly patients with newly developed type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the Liuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Nanjing First Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with insulin pump only.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with metformin.The changes of blood glucose indexes,blood glucose compliance time,insulin application amount,complete blood glucose compliance rate and weight gain value of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the BG and FBG of the observation group were lower 2 h after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a shorter time to achieve blood glucose,and the insulin application amount and weight gain were smaller,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with insulin pump is effective in the treatment of new-onset type 2 diabetes in the elderly.It is beneficial to improve the blood glucose of patients,reduce the amount of insulin used,and has fewer side effects.It can be widely used in clinic.
