摘要
目的探讨靳三针(面三针)结合调任通督针法治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2017年5月—2019年10月期间收治的120例周围性面瘫患者予以分组研究,随机分为对照组与实验组,每组60例。两组患者均给予口服面瘫丸与雷火灸治疗,在此基础上,对照组患者应用普通针刺治疗,实验组患者应用靳三针结合调任通督针法治疗,采用面神经功能评价计分表与H-B量表分别评估患者治疗前后面部各表情状态下肌肉活动程度与面神经功能变化,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后面神经功能评价计分表积分及H-B量表分级,统计不良事件。结果实验组治疗总有效率(93.33%)显著高于对照组(80.00%),治疗后面神经功能评价计分表积分(35.18±5.43)分显著高于对照组(25.48±4.18)分,实验组治疗后H-B量表分级显著低于对照组(χ^2=4.620,t=10.960,Z=4.570 P<0.05)。两组均未发生不良事件。结论常规药物治疗基础上,以靳三针结合调任通督针法治疗周围性面瘫可以更好地改善患者面瘫症状,促进神经功能恢复,效果优于普通针刺治疗,更具临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jin three-needle(Facial three-needle)combined with regulating Tongdu acupuncture for peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 120 patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to October 2019 were convenienty selected and divided into groups and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were given oral facial paralysis pills and thunder-fire moxibustion.On this basis,the patients in the control group were treated with ordinary acupuncture,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with Jin Three-needle combined with the adjustment of Rentongdu acupuncture.The facial nerve function evaluation score table and HB scale was used to evaluate the degree of muscle activity and facial nerve function changes of patients before and after facial treatment.The clinical efficacy,scores of neurological function evaluation score and HB scale before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and adverse events were counted.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the score of the neurological function evaluation score table after treatment(35.18±5.43)points was significantly higher than that in the control group(25.48±4.18)points.After treatment,the HB scale was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ^2=4.620,t=10.960,Z=4.570 P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events not occurred.Conclusion On the basis of conventional drug therapy,Jin Three-needle combined with Rentongdu acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis can better improve the symptoms of facial paralysis and promote the recovery of nerve function.The effect is better than ordinary acupuncture treatment,and it has more clinical promotion value.
