摘要
[目的]观察方便揿针长时间留针候气对颈性眩晕的疗效,研讨颈性眩晕的主要病因及针对性治疗方法,以提高疗效。[方法]将114例颈性眩晕患者随机分为两组,其中对照组用常规电针和红外线治疗;治疗组用方便揿针埋针长时间留针侯气治疗为主,辅以对照组治疗方法,两组都隔日1次,10次为1疗程,治疗1个疗程和3个疗程后分别评价疗效。[结果]两组治疗1疗程后,治疗组与对照组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002,P<0.01),治疗组的疗效优于对照组。两组治疗3疗程后,治疗组与对照组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002,P<0.01),治疗组的疗效优于对照组。对照组分别治疗1疗程、3疗程之间治愈率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.245,P>0.05);治疗组分别治疗1疗程、3疗程之间治愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012,P<0.05),治疗3个疗程的治愈率高于1个疗程。[结论]方便揿针留针对颈性眩晕具有一定的疗效,其疗效与疗程相关。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of the convenient press-needle＇s retention and waiting for needle sensation for a long time for cervical vertigo.Discuss the main causes of cervical vertigo and targeted treatment method in order to improve the curative effect.[Methods] 114 patients were randomly divided into two groups,people of contrast group were provided formal electric needle and infrared ray irradiation and people of the treatment group were offered the convenient press-needle retaining and waiting for needle sensation for a long time based on the same way of the contrast group,2 days 1 time,10 times for 1 course,and we evaluated the curative effect separately after 1 course and 3 courses of treatment.[Result] After one course,the effective rate between the treatment group and the contrast group had significant statistical difference（P=0.002,P〈0.01）.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of contrast group.After three courses,the effective rate between the treatment group and the contrast group had significant statistical difference（P=0.002,P〈0.01）.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of contrast group.The contrast group were treated for 1 or 3 courses and had no significant statistical difference（P=-0.245,P〉0.05）,but there was a significant statistical difference in the treatment group （P=0.012,P〈0.05）.In the treatment group,the cure rate of 3 courses was higher than 1 course.[Conclusion] The convenient press-needle＇s retention and waiting for needle sensation for a long time had certain therapeutic effect on cervical vertigo and the effect was related to the course.
