摘要
本研究采用道德两难困境,以大学生为被试,考察了在群体层面上权力感对道德决策的影响及其机制。研究发现:(1)不同群体情境中高、低权力感个体的道德决策倾向不同。在内群体情境下,高权力感被试的道德决策倾向得分显著高于低权力感被试,表现出功利主义倾向;而在外群体情境下,两者并无显著差异。(2)在内群体情境中,责任感知在权力感对道德决策倾向的影响中起中介作用。本研究的结果促进了对权力可以维护群体利益、促进群体发展这一积极意义的理解。
Adopting the moral dilemma and with college students as subjects,this study explored the effect of sense of power on moral decision-making at the group level and its mechanism.The results showed that:1) moral decision-making of individuals with different levels of power varied in different group contexts.In the in-group context,the score of moral decision tendency of the subjects with high sense of power was significantly higher than that of the subjects with low sense of power,showing a utilitarian tendency.However,no significant difference was found in the out-group context;2) in the in-group context,the perception of responsibility played a mediating role in the effect of the sense of power on moral decision-making.The results of this study are conducive to understanding the significance of power in safeguarding group interests and promoting group development.
