摘要
目的调查军队综合医院全科医学规范化培训学员毕业后科研工作的现状。方法选取2009-2015年于海军军医大学第一附属医院全科规培基地招收并于2012-2018年毕业的46名学员作为实验组,将王健等人于2011年6月第一次调查社区卫生服务中心工作的130名规培毕业学员作为对照组。调查实验组毕业学员的基本情况、科研工作现状、科研能力自我评分、科研培训需求及参加科研培训情况与满意度等项目。比较两组毕业学员论文发表、课题资助、涉及军事医学(战创伤或急救)等科研内容的科研工作情况。结果实验组全科毕业学员在论文发表量、课题资助量和省部级以上课题比例等科研指标方面有显著提升(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。实验组涉及军事医学(战创伤或急救)等内容的论文和课题比例分别达到26.39%和13.73%。实验组有64.22%的毕业学员尚不满意自身的科研能力,86.96%的毕业学员认为科研能力的相关培训非常有必要,97.82%的毕业学员满意本院科研能力培训的内容,特别是在军事医学战创伤和急救方面的科研内容培训。结论军队医院的全科基地应该明确培训方向、整合军事医学优势资源、精心设计有军事特色的科研培训,这对全科规培毕业学员的科研综合能力和职业发展空间均大有裨益。
Objective To investigate the ability of general practitioners in the military general hospital after completion of residency training.Methods 46 students who graduated from general practice training base of First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University between 2012 and 2018 were selected as the test group.130 graduates reported by Wang Jian in June 2011 were selected as the control group.The basic situation,work situation,selfscoring of research ability,research training needs,participation in research training and satisfaction of the test group were investigated and the research ability of paper publication and project funding was compared between the two groups.Results The 2018 group had a significant increase in the number of papers published,the amount of funding for the project,and the proportion of subjects at the provincial and ministerial level(P<0.05).26.39%of the papers and 13.73%of the items of the test group were related to military medicine(war trauma or first aid).64.22%of the graduates in the test group were still not satisfied with their research capabilities.86.96%of the graduates in the test group believed that the relevant training of research ability was very necessary,and 97.82%of them were satisfied with the content of the research ability training in Changhai Hospital,especially in military medicine.Conclusion Graduating students have become the backbone of community health study.The general hospital should clarify the training direction,integrate the superior resources,design and carry out the research ability training carefully to improve the research ability and career development space of the general practitioners.
