摘要
残疾人就业不仅有利于残疾人实现经济独立,对其身心健康、自我认同和社会化都大有裨益。为保障残疾人平等就业权利,促进残疾人平等参与社会生活,澳大利亚制定了多项残疾人就业支持政策,鼓励企业采取各种支持措施吸纳残疾人就业,成效显著。我国残疾人就业率尽管近年来平稳上升,但鉴于残障人口基数大,整体就业形势仍然不容乐观。借鉴澳大利亚促进残疾人就业的相关经验,有助于实现我国残疾人就业的长足进步。
Employment of disabled persons is not only beneficial to their economic independence,but also beneficial to their physical and mental health,self-identity and socialization.Australia has developed a number of effective employment support policies for persons with disabilities and encouraged enterprises to adopt various support measures to employ persons with disabilities,which ensure the equal employment rights for persons with disabilities and promote the equal participation of persons with disabilities in social life.Although the employment rate of the disabled in China has risen steadily in recent years,the overall employment situation is still not optimistic given the large number of the disabled.The practice in Australia is referential for policy making and service construction on employment of the disabled in China.
