摘要
扩招以来毕业生数量的急剧增长,对师范院校而言就业压力更大。以师范专科生为例,因学历层次偏低,就业劣势明显,加之就业观陈旧,在就业竞争中缺乏自信。将创新创业教育纳入大学生教育体系,贴近师范生学科专业实际,提高认识,从顶层设计、政策激励、课程建设、师资打造、校企合作平台等方面,丰富创新创业实践活动内容,增强大学生创新精神,激发大学生创业热情,为大学生就业拓展更多途径。
The rapid increase in the number of graduates since the expansion of enrollment has created greater employment pressure for teachers colleges.Taking normal college students as an example,due to the low education level,the employment disadvantage is obvious,coupled with the old concept of employment,lack of conf idence in employment competition.Incorporate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the college student education system,be close to the practical disciplines of normal students,raise awareness,enr ich the content of innovation and entrepreneurship practice activities,and enhance the innovation spirit of college students from the aspects of top-level design,policy incentives,curriculum construction,teacher creation,and school-enterprise cooperation platforms.To inspire college students'enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and expand more channels for college students'employment.
