摘要
目的研究泌尿外科护理中采取无缝隙护理管理对其护理质量的影响效果。方法将护理人员作为该次管理对象,共40名,并选择100例患者进行调查,其中包括观察组50例、对照组50例,观察组应用无缝隙护理管理、对照组应用常规护理管理,将两组护理人员的护理质量评分、患者护理满意度、焦虑和抑郁情绪进行对比。结果观察组护士护理质量评分与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组泌尿外科患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后焦虑(6.02±1.25)分、抑郁(6.33±1.22)分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理管理用于泌尿外科护理中,能够显著提升护理质量。
Objective To study the effect of seamless nursing management on nursing quality in urological nursing.Methods A total of 40 nursing staff were selected as the management object,and 100 patients were selected for investigation,including 50 cases in the observation group and 50 cases in the control group.The observation group applied seamless nursing management and the control group applied conventional nursing management.The nursing quality scores,patient satisfaction,anxiety and depression of the two groups of nursing staff were compared.Results The nursing quality scores of nurses in the observation group were different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of urology patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The post-care anxiety of(6.02±1.25)points and depression of(6.33±1.22)points of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing management used in urological nursing can significantly improve the quality of nursing.
