摘要
目的探讨空军大学飞行学员的MBTI人格类型特征,为对飞行人员的心理评估、健康教育与干预策略提供理论依据。方法应用修订后的中文版MBTI人格类型量表对780名大学三年级飞行学员进行测试。结果学员在E、S、T、J偏好的得分均高于I、N、F、P偏好;在780名学员中ESTJ人格类型最多,占总人数的28.1%,其次为ESTP、ESFJ、ESFP人格分型,分别占总人数的14.1%、8.3%、7.7%,而INFJI、NFPI、NTP、ENFJ人格类型最少,分别占总人数的0.6%,1.3%、1.3%、1.7%。根据入学考试时的成绩分为甲、乙、丙3个班。3个班学员百分比最高的人格类型均为ESTJ,分别为21.8%、32.4%、22.8%;最少的人格类型甲班为INFJ(0.4%),乙班为INFJ、INTP(均为0.9%),丙班为INFJ、ENFJ(0);比较3个班学员MBTI人格类型分布,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论大学三年级飞行学员大多为E、S、TJ、偏好,与军队特殊环境和军事飞行人员所肩负的责任要求相适应;仍有少数飞行学员易发生各种心理健康问题,3个班学员具有不同的人格特征,应有针对性地进行心理卫生教育、指导和保护工作。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of Myers Briggs type indicator （MBTI） personality on third year flying cadets in an air force university, and provide the theoretical basis for psychological assessment, health education and intervention strategy for flying cadets. Methods A total of 780 third year university flying cadets were tested with revised edition of MBTI in Chinese. Results The score of factors E, S, T, J in personality trend in flying cadets was higher than that of factors I, N, F.P. The number of the cadets with ESTJ personality type was the most （accounted for 28.1% ）, that with ESTP, ESFJ, ESFP personality type the next （ 14, 1%, 8.3 %, 7.7 % respectively）, and those with INFJ, INFP, INTP ENFJ personality type the least. （0.6%, 1.3 %, 1.3 %, 1.7 % respectively）. According to the scores of matriculation examination, the students were divided into three classes： A, B, C. The percentages of ESTJ personality type in three classes all were the highest（21.8%, 32.4%, 22.8% ）. And the percentages of INFJ personality type in A class （0.4%）,of INFJ,INTP personality type in B class （0.9% ,0.9% respctively）,of INFJ,ENFJ personality type in C class （0,0） were the lowest.The cadets of three classes all showed significant difference in distribution of MBTI personality type. Conclusion Most of the third year university flying cadets fell on factors E, S, T, J personality trend which was in accordance with the need for special environment of army and the responsibility of military aviators. However, a few flying cadets still tended to be troubled by various psychological problems . The students of three classes had different personality characteristics, so psychological health education, guide and protection work should be taken in connection with it.
