摘要
目的:观察中医五音疗法配合药物镇痛在改善中重度癌痛中的作用。方法:收集60例中晚期癌症合并中重度疼痛的患者,随机分为2组各30例。对照组根据疼痛程度按照世界卫生组织(WHO)《癌痛三阶梯止痛治疗指南》给予相应剂量盐酸羟考酮缓释片等药物镇痛,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上联合中医五音疗法治疗。观察2组患者在治疗72 h后的疼痛评分、焦虑状态及心率、呼吸频率的变化。结果:72 h后,观察组疼痛程度数字评分(NRS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组心率及呼吸频率均较治疗前下降,均恢复至正常范围,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中医五音疗法可有效辅助药物镇痛,同时能调节癌痛伴发的焦虑症状,并对心率、呼吸频率等生命体征起到平稳的作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of five notes therapy of Chinese medicine assisted drugs to achieve analgesia in improving moderate or severe cancer pain.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with middle and terminal cancer and moderate or severe cancer pain were collected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given the corresponding dose of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and other drugs for analgesia according to their pain degree by World Health Organization(WHO)three-step analgesic ladder,and the observation group was additionally treated with five notes therapy of Chinese medicine based on the treatment of the control group.After treatment for 72 hours,the pain scores,anxiety and changes in heart rate and respiratory rate in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment for 72 hours,the scores of Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05);the heart rate and respiratory rate in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment and returned to normal range,but there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Five notes therapy of Chinese medicine can effectively assist drugs to achieve analgesia,regulate anxiety due to cancer pain,and play a stable role in vital signs such as heart rate and respiratory rate.
