摘要
对外贸易是国家经济发展主要推力之一,与周边国家经贸往来占据着中国外贸版图的重要位置。基于2009-2018年十年间中国及周边国家、中国及"一带一路"国家"多对多"的贸易数据,采用社会网络研究方法,从时间、空间、个体与群体等维度剖析中国与周边国家经贸关系状况。结果显示,中国的度中心性稳居第一,中国与周边国家已经具有良好的经贸合作基础,中国及周边国家经贸网络和中国及"一带一路"国家经贸网络息息相关,两者相辅相成。为克服中国对外贸易发展瓶颈,促进对外贸易可持续健康发展,中国应当在"一带一路"框架下把优先发展周边国家经贸合作上升为国家战略,并针对深化与周边国家经贸合作加强基础设施互联互通与产能国际合作,促进沿边地区高质量开放与高水平发展,提高与周边国家贸易自由化、便利化程度,推动港澳台融合发展,促进"一带一路"高质量建设。
International trade is one of the main driving forces of the development of national economy. Trade with the surrounding countries takes an important role in the total international trade. Based on the trade statistics of 10 years from 2009 to 2018 between China and its surrounding countries and between China and other countries along the Belt and Road, social networks are built separately. It focuses on the trade situations between China and its surrounding countries by the dimensions of time, space, individuals and groups. According to the result, China’s degree centrality steadily ranked first. China has built a good cooperation foundation with its surrounding countries. The trade network between China and its surrounding countries is more closely linked than between China and other countries along the Belt and Road. In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of China’s international trade, it is suggested to make a national strategy to develop trade between China and its surrounding countries preferentially. Furthermore, the authors give some suggestions, including: advancing the connectivity of infrastructure and international production capacity cooperation;promoting the high-quality opening and high-level development of border areas;improving the liberalization and facilitation levels of trade with surrounding countries, improving the cooperations with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and the Belt and Road initiative.
