摘要
本文基于McCallum的边界效应模型,检验我国与周边国家贸易的边界效应,以及基础设施互联互通对贸易边界效应的影响。结果表明,我国与周边国家贸易具有很强的边界屏蔽效应,并且出口贸易的边界效应远高于进口贸易的边界效应。基础设施互联互通能够明显降低边界的屏蔽效应。其中航空基础设施对边界效应的削减幅度最大,铁路基础设施和通信基础设施对边界效应的削减幅度较小。中国与周边国家的自然地理边界地形复杂多样,周边国家对公路和铁路基础设施投资能力弱,中国援助周边国家建设互联互通基础设施的能力有限。因此,可率先推进我国与周边国家的航空基础设施互联互通以促进"一带一路"建设的深化。
This paper bases on the model of McCallum's border effect, examining the border effect of tradc betwcen China and its neighbor countries and the influence of infrastructure interconnectivity on border effect in the import and export trade. Empirical test shows there is strong border shielding effect in the trade of China and its neighboring countries and the border effcct in the export trade is much higher than in the import trade. Infrastructure intcrconncctivity between China and its neighbors can clearly weaken the shielding effect of border.
