摘要
近年来我国博士生毕业延期率逐年攀升,深入认识并有效解决博士生延期问题日渐成为博士生教育领域的重要议题。从"选题来源"及"选题过程"视角探讨学位论文选题对博士生毕业延期的影响。运用Logit回归及OLS回归对"中国博士毕业生离校调查数据"的全国61所高校8207份博士生数据进行分析,结果显示:不同选题来源的博士生延期概率及延期时长存在显著差异,自主选择度和导师帮助度对延期概率及延期时长均具有显著的负向影响,领域关联度对延期概率及延期时长的影响并不显著。
Since the doctor graduation delay rates increased rapidly in our country in resent years,it becomes an important research topic that how to understand and solve the problem of doctor graduation delay.This paper explores the effect of dissertation topic selection on doctor graduation delay from the perspective of"project type"and"selection course".An empirical research has been conducted to analyze the data of"National Doctor Graduates Investigation"with 8207 doctoral graduates questionnaire using Logit regression and OLS regression.The conclusion we draw from this research are as follows:There are significant difference in doctor delay rates and time to degree between different projects type which doctor dissertation are supported by.The"selection autonomy"and"help from tutor"affect on doctor delay rates and time to degree negatively.The effect of"research field relation with tutor"on doctor delay rates and time to degree is not significant.
