摘要
目的:探究乳腺区段切除术治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎患者的临床效果。方法:选择2015年1月-2016年12月本院收治的80例非哺乳期乳腺炎患者为研究对象,患者均为女性。将其按照抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用临床保守治疗,观察组采用乳腺区段切除术治疗。比较两组炎症因子水平、治愈、美观度、复发及术后并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组CRP、IL-6水平均明显下降,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治愈率、美观度均高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非哺乳期乳腺炎患者采用乳腺区段切除术治疗,体内炎症因子水平得到改善,治疗有效率及乳房美观度较高,术后并发症发生率和手术12个月内的疾病复发率较低。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of segmental mastectomy in the treatment ofnon-lactation mastitis.Method:A total of 80 patients with non-lactation mastitis admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as study subjects,all of whom were female.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the lottery method,40 cases in each group.The control group received clinical conservative treatment,the observation group was treated with segmental mastectomy.The levels of inflammatory factors,treatment efficiency,aesthetics,recurrence rate and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of CRP and IL-6 in both groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate and aesthetics of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.50%,it was lower than 25.00%of the control group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with non-lactation mastitis,the level of inflammatory factors is improved,the effective rate of treatment and the beauty of the breast are higher,and the incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate of the disease within 12 months of the operation are lower.
