瑞芬太尼对切断自主神经兔血流动力学影响的机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究瑞芬太尼对切断自主神经兔血流动力学影响的机制。方法:选40只雄性新西兰白兔,由信封法均分为四组。V+R组:切断双侧迷走神经后,给予瑞芬太尼5μg/kg;S+R组:切断双侧交感神经后,给予瑞芬太尼5μg/kg;S组:切断双侧交感神经后,给予生理盐水;R组:分离双侧迷走神经与交感神经但不切断,给予瑞芬太尼5μg/kg。分析各组T0、T1、T2心率数值及血清中乙酰胆碱、去甲肾上腺素含量。结果:T1时点,R组心率、乙酰胆碱含量均显著高于V+R组,去甲肾上腺素含量显著低于V+R组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);T2时点,R组心率显著低于V+R组,乙酰胆碱显著高于V+R组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T0时点,R组乙酰胆碱、去甲肾上腺素含量均显著低于S+R组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);T1时点,R组心率显著低于S+R组,乙酰胆碱含量显著低于S+R组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T0时点,S组去甲肾上腺素显著低于S+R组(P<0.05);T2时点,S组乙酰胆碱含量显著低于S+R组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞芬太尼可影响切断双侧交感神经大鼠,出现心率减慢、血压降低等症状,但切断双侧迷走神经组中去甲肾上腺素含量没有明显改变。 Objective:To explore the mechanism of Remifentanil on hemodynamics in autonomic nerve cut off rabbits.Method:A total of 40 male New Zealand white rabbits were divided into 4 groups by envelope method;V+R group:after the bilateral vagus nerve was cut off,intravenous remifentanil was pumped 5μg/kg;S+R group:After the bilateral sympathetic nerves were cut off,intravenous remifentanil was pumped 5μg/kg;S group:After the bilateral sympathetic nerves were cut off,saline was pumped intravenously;R group:bilateral vagus nerves and sympathetic nerves were separated but not after cutting off,intravenous injection of remifentanil 5μg/kg;analysis of heart rate values of T0,T1,T2 and serum acetylcholine and norepinephrine contents of each group.Result:At T1,the heart rate and acetylcholine of R group were significantly higher than those of V+R group,and norepinephrine was significantly lower than that of V+R group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at T2,the heart rate of R group was significantly lower than that of V+R group,acetylcholine was significantly higher than that of V+R group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At T0,acetylcholine and norepinephrine of R group were significantly lower than those of S+R group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at T1,the heart rate of R group was significantly lower than that of S+R group,and acetylcholine was significantly lower than that of S+R group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At T0,the norepinephrine of S group was significantly lower than that of S+R group(P<0.05);at T2,the acetylcholine of S group was significantly lower than that of S+R group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Remifentanil can cause slow heart rate and lower blood pressure in the bilateral sympathetic nerve test group.However,the plasma norepinephrine content in the bilateral vagus nerve test group has not changed significantly.It can be considered that remifentanil’s circulation inhibition the mechanism has nothing to do with sympa
