摘要
三大球振兴已成为体育强国战略的重中之重。运用文献资料、实地考察等研究方法认为,推动高校排球发展是三大球振兴战略的重要着力点。通过分析高校排球开展的现状和困境,建议:①减少功利化意识,树立“以体树人”的体育价值观,发挥校园排球育人的独特作用;②改变普及思路,大力推广气排球运动,激发学生参与排球运动的兴趣;③引进专业教练,提高运动队科学化训练水平;④增建公用场馆,为排球文化传播和人口培育提供设施保障;⑤打造传统赛事,形成校园排球文化,释放“女排精神”文化影响力。
The revitalization of the three ball has become the top priority of the sports strategy.By means of literature review and field investigation,it is concluded that promoting the development of college volleyball is an important point in the strategy of the three big balls.Through the analysis of the current situation and dilemma of the development of college volleyball,the following Suggestions are put forward:(1)reduce utilitarian consciousness,set up the sports value of“cultivating people with body”,and play the unique role of campus volleyball in educating people;(2)change the idea of popularization,vigorously promote the gas volleyball,stimulate students to participate in the volleyball sports interest;The introduction of professional coaches,improve the scientific training level of sports teams;(4)add public venues to provide facilities for volleyball culture dissemination and population cultivation;(5)create traditional games,form the campus volleyball culture,and release the“women’s volleyball spirit”cultural influence.
