摘要
随着国民生活水平提高、冷链技术与设施设备进步升级、国民对食品安全与质量的重视,我国的冷链食品行业日益繁荣。速冻食品行业、冷链设施设备建设、冷链物流行业随之蓬勃发展。本文以速冻食品生产型企业S全国仓网选址布局为研究内容,整理了冷链物流中心选址的影响要素,运用TOPSIS评价法对全国各区域建设冷链物流中心的影响因素,综合考虑并计算权重,然后运用重心法定出各个区域冷链物流中心的位置。
With the improvement of national living standards,the upgrading of cold chain technology,facilities and equipment,and the importance of national food safety and quality,China's cold chain food industry has become increasingly prosperous.The frozen food industry,the construction of cold chain facilities and equipment,and the cold chain logistics industry have flourished.In this paper,the location layout of the frozen food production enterprise S national warehouse network is taken as the research content,and the influencing factors of the location of the cold chain logistics center are sorted out.The affecting factors of the cold chain logistics center in all regions of the country are evaluated by the TOPSIS evaluation method.Calculate the weight,and then use the center of gravity to stipulate the location of the cold chain logistics center in each region.
