摘要
目的探讨淋病患者焦虑、抑郁心理状况及有效的护理干预措施。方法将2018年6月~2019年8月在我院接受治疗的60例淋病患者作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为干预组与护理组,各30例。干预组患者给予综合护理干预措施,护理组给予常规护理干预措施。观察比较两组患者护理干预前后SAS、SDS评分、治疗依从性及护理满意情况。结果(1)干预组与护理组患者在护理后的SAS、SDS评分,均要显著优于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后干预组的SAS和SDS评分均显著低于护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)干预组患者治疗依从性显著优于护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)护理满意度比较,干预组患者总满意29例,总满意度为96.7%;护理组患者总满意21例,总满意度为70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对淋病患者实施积极的综合护理干预能显著改善患者的焦虑、抑郁心理状况,提升护理工作满意度,具有积极推广价值。
Objective To explore the psychological status of anxiety and depression of gonorrhea patients and its effective nursing intervention measures.Methods Sixty gonorrhea patients treated in our hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the intervention group and the nursing group according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The intervention group was given comprehensive nursing interventions,and nursing group was given routine nursing interventions.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results(1)The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were significantly better than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group after nursing were significantly lower those of the nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The treatment compliance of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The overall satisfaction of the intervention group was 96.7%(29 cases),which was higher than 70.0%(21 cases)of the nursing group,and the inter-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of active comprehensive nursing intervention on gonorrhea patients can significantly improve the psychological status of anxiety and depression for patients and promote nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
