大型风力发电机组偏航液压制动系统设计与研究 被引量:6

摘要 介绍了大型风力发电机组偏航液压制动系统的原理、组成和设计结构。对偏航液压制动系统的连接管路、偏航制动器及其摩擦片等部件造成的制动系统建压迟滞时间进行了数学建模和理论分析。利用AMESim软件建立了偏航液压制动系统的仿真模型,通过控制变量法,分别研究了连接管路类型和长度、制动流量、摩擦片弹性模量及磨损状态、偏航制动器数量等多个因素对偏航液压制动系统响应性能和稳定性的影响。研究结果明确了偏航液压制动系统设计时的注意项点并提出了设计建议,为偏航液压制动系统的设计提供了理论依据和参考。 The principle,composition and design structure of yaw hydraulic braking system for large wind turbines are introduced.Mathematical modeling and theoretical analysis of the hysteresis of pressure build-up of brake system caused by the connecting pipeline of yaw hydraulic brake system,the yaw brake and its friction plates,etc.The simulation model of yaw hydraulic brake system was established by using AMESim software.Through the control variable method,the effects of various factors such as the type and length of connecting pipeline,the brake flow rate,the elastic modulus and wear state of friction plate and the number of yaw brakes on the response performance and stability of yaw hydraulic brake system were studied.The research results clarify the points of attention in design of yaw hydraulic brake system and put forward design suggestions,which provide a theoretical basis and reference for the design of yaw hydraulic brake system.
