摘要
以氯化锌、氢氧化钠、硝酸铝及硝酸钇为原料,采用低温水热法制备不同形貌的纳米ZnO及Al-Y修饰ZnO复合物,并使用掺杂后的ZnO作用于改性涤纶织物。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和紫外-可见光漫反射等方法对所制样品进行表征。结果表明:通过控制Zn2+/NaOH配比,利用水热法制得片状、花状和棒状的纳米ZnO,其中片状ZnO的光催化活性较好,在紫外光下照射120 min,对亚甲基蓝(MB)的降解率为86.68%。涤纶织物经3%Al-3%Y共修饰片状ZnO掺杂后,在紫外光下照射120 min,对MB的降解率达到92.30%,紫外线防护指数达50+,具备良好的光催化与抗紫外线性能。
Nano ZnO and Al-Y m odified ZnO com posites with different m orphologies are prepared by low temperature hydrothermal method using zinc chloride, sodium hydroxide, aluminum nitrate and yttrium nitrate as raw materials, and the doped ZnO is used to the modification of polyester fabric. The samples are characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and UV-vis diffuse reflectance. The results show that by controlling the ratio of Zn2+/NaOH, the flake, flower and rod-shaped nano ZnO are prepared by hydrothermal method. The photocatalytic activity of flake ZnO is good. The degradation rate of MB is 86.68% under UV irradiation for 120 min. The degradation rate of MB reaches92.30% and the UV protection index reaches 50+ after being doped with 3%Al-3%Y flake ZnO under UV irradiation for 120 min.
