摘要
目的:探讨对复发难治性多发性骨髓瘤(RRMM),应用中药脾肾双补法的治疗效果。方法:选取2年间医院收治的82例RRMM患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成实验组(n=45)与对照组(n=37),两组均予以化疗治疗,对照组化疗期间予以患者使用甲氧氯普胺治疗,而对照组予以患者使用中医补益脾肾法,对比两组治疗效果。结果:实验组治疗总有效率为91.11%,明显高于对照组70.27%的总有效率(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清β2-微球蛋白、免疫球蛋白、血肌酐均较治疗前降低,血红蛋白较治疗前提高,但实验组指标变化幅度明显要比对照组更显著(P<0.05);治疗期间实验组不良反应总发生率为2.70%,明显较对照组17.78%的发生率低(P<0.05)。结论:对RRMM采取中医脾肾双补法治疗效果显著,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of the double supplementation of spleen and kidney in the treatment of recurrent refractory multiple myeloma(RRMM).Method:82 cases of patients with RRMM at our hospital in last 2 years were selected as the research object.According to the method of random number table,the patients were divided into experimental group(n=45)and control group(n=:37).Both groups were treated with chemotherapy.The control group was given methoxychlor amine during chemotherapy.While the experiment group was treated using traditional Chinese medicine benefit spleen and kidney.The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 91.11%which was significantly higher than 70.27%in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of β2-microglobulin,immunoglobulin and serum creatinine in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,while hemoglobin was higher than those before treatment.But the indexes in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was 2.70%,significantly lower than that in control group(17.78%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of RRMM with spleen and kidney supplementation is effective and worth popularizing.
