摘要
目的探究经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月本院收治的老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为参照组和研究组,每组40例。参照组接受保守治疗,研究组接受经皮椎体成形术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组上椎中线高度、仿椎前线高度以及上椎后缘高度均高于参照组,后凸角低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义,治疗15、30 d后,研究组疼痛评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组心理健康、生命力、躯体角色、身体健康以及社会功能等评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折疗效显著,可缓解患者疼痛,恢复脊柱功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic fractures.Methods 80 elderly patients with fractured osteoporotic fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into reference group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received conservative treatment,and the study group received percutaneous vertebroplasty to compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The height of the midline of the upper vertebrae,the height of the anterior vertebrae of the vertebrae and the height of the posterior edge of the upper vertebrae in the study group were all higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05),and the kyphosis angle was lower than that of the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups.After 15 and 30 days of treatment,the pain scores in the study group were lower than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of mental health,vitality,physical role,physical health and social function of the study group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic fractures.It can relieve patients'pain and restore spinal function.It is worthy of clinical application.
