经皮椎体成形术与抗骨质疏松药物治疗老年脊柱骨折的临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析经皮椎体成形术与抗骨质疏松药物治疗老年脊柱骨折的临床效果。方法 2016年3月至2017年3月收集我院脊柱骨折患者共118例,根据随机化分组原则分为常规组(59例)和实验组(59例),常规组接受经皮椎体成形术治疗,实验组在常规组基础上加用抗骨质疏松药物治疗,将两组患者的疗效进行观察和对比。结果常规组患者的治疗总有效率为84.75%(50/59);实验组患者的治疗总有效率为96.61%(57/59),组间比较具备统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在对老年脊柱骨折患者进行治疗过程中,采用经皮椎体成形术同时联合抗骨质疏松药物效果显著,可明显提升治疗率,值得临床推广使用。
