摘要
目的探讨无陪护护理措施在精神分裂症长期住院患者护理中的整体效果。方法选取2017年9月~2018年9月我院收治的70例精神分裂症长期住院患者作为研究对象,按照随机性原则将其分为对照组(35例)和观察组(35例)。对照组患者实施常规护理措施,观察组患者实施无陪护护理措施,无陪护护理措施包括综合评估、生活指导、药物指导、心理护理、社会支持。比较两组患者护理期间各类风险事件的发生情况以及护理效果。结果观察组患者护理期间的风险事件总发生率为2.86%,低于对照组的22.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的阴性症状、阳性症状评分以及一般精神病理评分均低于对照组,护士用住院病人观察量表(NOISE-30)总积极因素评分高于对照组,总消极因素评分低于对照组,生活质量综合评定问卷(GQLI)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症长期住院患者实施无陪护护理措施不仅能够明显降低各类风险事件的发生率,提升住院期间的安全性,还能够显著改善其疾病症状、社会技能以及生活质量,护理效果十分显著,应用价值高。
Objective To investigate the overall effect of unaccompanied nursing measures in long-term hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,70 cases of long-term hospitalized patients with schizophrenia in our hospital were selected as research subjects and divided into the control group(35 cases)and the observation group(35 cases)according to the principle of the random method.The control group carried out routine nursing measures,and the observation group carried out unaccompanied nursing measures,which included comprehensive evaluation,life guidance,drug guidance,psychological care and social support.The incidence of all kinds of risk events and the nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of risk events during the nursing period of the observation group was 2.86%,which was lower than the 22.86%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the negative symptoms,positive symptoms scores and general psychopathology score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the total positive factors score of the nurses′observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOISE-30)was higher than that of the control group,and the quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire(GQLI)score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing measures for long-term inpatients with schizophrenia can not only reduce the incidence of various risk events,but also enhance the safety during hospitalization,it can also significantly improve patients′disease symptoms,social skills and quality of life,with significant nursing effect and high application value.
