摘要
目的探讨针对性护理在药物治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年6月我院收治的90例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。两组患儿均给予泼尼松和丙种球蛋白治疗,同时对照组患儿给予常规护理,观察组患儿给予针对性护理。比较两组患儿的白细胞计数(PLT)变化时间、并发症总发生率、用药依从性和护理总满意度。结果观察组患儿PLT达到50×109/L、100×109/L和峰值的时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的用药依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理应用于药物治疗的ITP患儿,效果明确,可快速提升患儿的PLT,降低并发症发生率,提高依从性和满意度,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of specific nursing on children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura treated by drugs.Methods A total of 90 children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects,all of them were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.All children were treated by Prednisone and Gamma Globulin,and children in control group were given routine nursing,children in observation group were given specific nursing.The change time of white blood cell count(PLT),total incidence of complications,medication compliance and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time for PLT to reach 50×109/L,100×109/L and peak value in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of children in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of specific nursing for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients with drug treatment are clear,which can rapidly increase the white blood cell count,reduce complications,improve compliance and satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
