摘要
考虑到信任对企业合作的影响,研究云制造企业间信任评价与资源调度方法。首先,采用历史合作信息和时间衰减特征来量化信任度,提出结合直接信任和间接信任的综合信任度评价方法。其次,构建最大化服务链平均信任度、最小化完工时间和总成本的优化模型,并设计了自适应遗传退火算法求解。最后,通过三组实验验证了:信任度评价方法可综合企业主客观认知和时间因素;调度模型可在时间和成本损失代价较低情况下,提升每条服务链的综合信任度;自适应遗传退火算法在求解结果上具有一定的优越性。
Considering the impact of trust on business cooperation,trust evaluation and resource scheduling methods among cloud manufacturing enterprises were studied.Firstly,historical cooperation information and time decay characteristics were used to quantify the degree of trust,and a comprehensive trust evaluation method combining direct trust and indirect trust was proposed.Secondly,the optimization model of maximizing the average trust of the service chain,minimizing the completion time and total cost was constructed,and an adaptive genetic annealing algorithm was designed.Finally,it was verified by three sets of experiments:the trust degree evaluation method can synthesize not only the enterprise′s subjective and objective cognition but time factor;the scheduling model can improve the comprehensive trust degree of each service chain under the condition of low time and cost loss;and the adaptive genetic annealing algorithm has a certain advantage in solving the results.
