摘要
互联开放式协同制造方法不仅提升了用户个性化需求的响应速度,而且促进了制造商闲置制造资源的高效利用与增加经济创收。通过对近5年来国内外相关文献的综述,从制造模式、技术框架以及关键技术等方面阐述了互联开放式协同制造系统的研究现状。重点围绕分布式制造资源云端化接入、制造任务与制造资源匹配、分布式制造资源优化配置、制造服务互信协作等关键技术,分析了已取得的研究成果,也指出了现存的一些挑战。针对上述挑战,提出了一些未来研究思路。
The interconnected and open collaborative manufacturing method not only efficientimproves the response speed of users'personalized needs,but also promotes the utilization of manufacturers'idle manufacturing resources and increases economic income.By reviewing the relevant literature in recent five years,this paper expounds the research status of interconnected open collaborative manufacturing system from the aspects of manufacturing mode,technical framework and key technologies.Focusing on the key technologies such as cloud access of distributed manufacturing resources,matching between manufacturing tasks and manufacturing resources,optimal allocation of distributed manufacturing resources,mutual trust and cooperation of manufacturing services,this paper analyzes the research results and points out some existing challenges.In regard to above challenges,some future research ideas are put forward.
