摘要
目的探讨贝那鲁肽对2型糖尿病的治疗效果及血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2019年3月沈阳医学院附属第二医院内分泌科收治的2型糖尿病患者50例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各25例。在盐酸二甲双胍治疗的基础上,对照组给予瑞格列奈口服,观察组给予贝那鲁肽皮下注射。比较两组糖脂代谢水平及血管内皮功能变化。结果治疗后,观察组患者体重指数(BMI)、三酰甘油(TG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、血清内皮素-1(ET-1)和血管性血友病因子(vWF)明显低于对照组,空腹胰岛素(FINS)、一氧化氮(NO)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝那鲁肽可有效治疗2型糖尿病,并改善其血管内皮功能。
Objective To explore the treatment effects of benaglutide and its influence on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its influence on vascular endothelial function. Methods A total of 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 25 cases in each group. Based on the treatment of metformin hydrochloride, the control group was given oral repaglinide, and the observation group was given subcutaneous injection of benaglutide. The levels of glycolipid metabolism and vascular endothelial function were compared in 2 groups after treatment. Results After treatment, BMI, TG, HbA1 c, FPG, 2 hPG, Endothelin-1(ET-1) and von Willebrand factor(vWF) were significantly lower than the control group and FINS, Nitricoxide(NO) were significantly higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Benaglutide can effectively treat type 2 diabetes mellitus and improve its vascular endothelial function.
