舰艇典型分段焊接工艺仿真及其变形规律分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对舰艇分段结构采用不同的装焊工艺顺序会出现不同的焊接变形的问题,以某舰艇256#分段焊接的整体变形量最小为目标,基于热弹塑性和固有应变理论,结合该分段焊接常用的6种焊接工艺顺序方案,采用ABAQUS有限元软件进行焊接变形数值仿真。对6种方案进行计算对比,结果表明,舰艇分段焊接采用C方案,即以矩形块为单位,由中间向两端对称焊接,从船中向两舷焊接横向和纵向构件的工艺顺序,该分段的整体变形量为最小,该方案为最优焊接工艺顺序方案。 Aiming at different welding deformation problems caused by adopting different welding technology sequence for the naval vessel subsection, taking the minimum whole deformation amount of the subsection 256# of a naval ship as the object, based on the thermo-elastoplastic and inherent strain theory, six different welding technology sequences are commonly used for the subsection structure, the numerical simulation of welding deformation is carried out by ABAQUS software. The six different schemes are calculated and compared. The result shows that the sectional welding adopts the C plan, that is, the process sequence of welding the transverse and longitudinal members from the middle of the ship to the two sides with a rectangular block as a unit, symmetrical welding from the middle to the two sides. The overall deformation of the section is the smallest. The plan is optimal welding process sequence plan.
