摘要
提出了计算机推定焊接CCT图的原理及模型,深入分析了130多种钢材的焊接CCT图形特征与化学成分的相关性,在建立钢材化学成分、CCT图及临界点等数据库的基础上,利用多元统计回归技术求出了推定公式中的有关参数,进而开发了程序系统WCCT-CAD,应用这一程序系统,实现了给定钢材化学成分并通过一定的人机对话,由计算机自动制定出焊接CCT图组织转变曲线的设想。
A model is proposed for predicting the welding CCT diagrams aided by a com-puter. Through the building of data base of more than 130 welding CCT diagrams and theirchemical composition as well as critical transformation points ,a Computer System WCCT-CAD is developed. By the use of this program,a new idea is realized that through inputting the chemical composition of a low carbon low alloy steel into the computer , the welding HAZCCT diagram curves can be made out automatically .
