摘要
目的:比较复合皮移植术与皮肤软组织扩张术在烧烫伤整形患者治疗中的效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年12月于本院进行治疗的100例烧烫伤患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。对照组予复合皮移植术治疗,研究组予皮肤软组织扩张术治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗后创面愈合时间及并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,研究组临床总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为6.00%,低于对照组的34.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:皮肤软组织扩张术治疗烧烫伤整形患者,可提高治疗总有效率,缩短创面愈合时间,并降低并发症发生率,其效果优于复合皮移植术治疗效果。
Objective:To compare effects of composite skin transplantation and skin soft tissue expansion in treatment of patients with burns and scalds in department of burn and plastic surgery.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with burns and scalds,who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019,were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment method,they were divided into study group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with composite skin transplantation,while the study group was treated with skin soft tissue expansion.Then,the clinical efficacy,wound healing time and complication rate after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than 76.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the complication rate in the study group was 6.00%,which was lower than 34.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Skin soft tissue expansion is effective in the treatment of the patients with burns and scalds in the department of burn and plastic surgery.It can improve the total effective rate of treatment,shorten the wound healing time,and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to composite skin transplantation.
