摘要
目的分析磺胺嘧啶银乳膏+纳米银敷料对烧伤创面的治疗效果和影响。方法对2019年3月—2022年3月福建省三明市第二医院收治的1350例烧伤患者进行回顾性研究,将单用磺胺嘧啶银乳膏的675例患者设为参照组,将联用磺胺嘧啶银乳膏和纳米银敷料的675例患者设为研究组。对比两组患者的并发症发生率、临床疗效、创面愈合时间、色素沉着消退时间以及治疗前后的炎性因子水平。结果研究组的总有效率(97.78%)高于参照组(88.89%),并发症发生率(11.11%)低于参照组(28.89%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=42.857、66.667,P<0.05)。研究组的创面愈合时间、色素沉着消退时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组3项炎性因子指标的检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的3项炎性因子指标的检测结果均比参照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磺胺嘧啶银乳膏+纳米银敷料对烧伤创面有显著治疗效果,可提高治疗总有效率,缩短创面愈合时间、色素沉着消退时间,降低炎性反应。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and influence of silver sulfadiazine cream+nano-silver dressing on burn wound.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on one thousand three hundred and fifty burn patients admitted to Sanming Second Hospital from March 2019 to March 2022.Six hundred and seventy-five patients treated with silver sulfadiazine cream alone were set as the reference group,and six hundred and seventy-five patients treated with silver sulfadiazine cream combined with nano-silver dressing were set as the study group.The incidence of complications,clinical efficacy,wound healing time,pigmentation resolution time and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(97.78%)was higher than that of the reference group(88.89%),and the complication rate(11.11%)was lower than that of the reference group(28.89%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=42.857,66.667,P<0.05).The wound healing time and pigmentation regression time of the study group were shorter than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the results of three inflammatory factors between two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the test results of three inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Silver sulfadiazine cream+nano-silver dressing has a significant therapeutic effect on burn wounds,which can improve the total therapeutic effective rate,shorten the wound healing time,pigmentation fading time,and reduce inflammatory response.
