摘要
为评价采用再生粗骨料对不同沥青的混合料基本性能的影响,选用两种沥青SK70和SK90,首先对再生粗骨料的基本物理性能进行测定,然后将天然骨料部分或全部(0%、25%、50%和75%)被再生材料替代用于热拌沥青混合料。研究结果表明:RCA骨料的吸水率变化显著,使用再生粗骨料增加了沥青混合料的最佳沥青用量,两种不同等级的沥青混合料性能对比发现,再生粗骨料的使用提高了其抗滑性能,且SK90混合料优于SK70混合料;含有再生粗骨料的沥青混合料水敏感性低于普通沥青混合料;在重交沥青路面中,再生粗骨料不应超过25%的替代比例。
In order to evaluate the influence of the use of recycled coarse aggregate on the basic performance of different asphalt mixtures,two kinds of asphalts,SK70 and SK90,are selected. Firstly,the basic physical properties of recycled coarse aggregate are measured,and then the natural aggregate part( 0%,25%,50% and 75%) or all of them are replaced by recycled materials for hot mix asphalt mixtures. The research results show that the water absorption of RCA aggregates changes significantly. The use of recycled coarse aggregate increases the optimum asphalt content of the asphalt mixture. The comparison of the performance of two different grades of asphalt mixtures shows that the use of recycled coarse aggregate improves its anti-sliding performance,and SK90 mixture is better than SK70;Asphalt mixture containing recycled coarse aggregate has lower water sensitivity than ordinary asphalt mixture;For heavy traffic asphalt pavement,recycled coarse aggregate should not be used with an ultra high25% replacement rate.
