摘要
为确定不同种类乳化沥青作为再生剂的冷再生混合料的工程特性和路用特性,对慢裂慢凝和慢裂快凝乳化沥青冷再生混合料进行配合比设计,并在此基础上进行了性能验证。结果表明,RAP为94.0%、水泥1.0%、矿粉5.0%时,慢裂慢凝乳化沥青冷再生混合料最佳乳化沥青用量为4.25%、最佳流体含量为7.4%,其各项技术指标符合重以下交通等级沥青路面使用要求;慢裂快凝乳化沥青冷再生混合料最佳乳化沥青用量为3.63%、最佳流体含量为8.6%,不满足各等级交通荷载路面使用要求,应加大水泥的用量。
In order to determine the engineering characteristics and road use characteristics of different kinds of emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixtures used as recycling agents,the mix design of slow cracking and slow setting and slow cracking and quick setting emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixtures is carried out,and the performance verification is carried out on this basis. The results show that,when RAP is 94. 0%,cement is 1.0%,mineral powder is 5. 0%,the best content of slow cracking and slow setting emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixture is 4. 25%,and the best content of fluid is 7. 4%,and its technical indexes meet the operating requirements of the following traffic grade asphalt pavement;the best content of slow cracking and quick setting emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixture is 3. 63%,and the best content of fluid is 8. 6%,and it cannot meet the operating requirements of various traffic loads. Therefore,the amount of cement should be increased.
