摘要
在初中的语文教学过程中,教师应该坚持以学生为主体,让学生积极主动学习,养成良好的学习习惯,老师应该改变创新教学方案,提供给学生更多有效的学习方法。学习变得不再困难,提升学习兴趣。只有这样,才能真正的实现减负增效。所谓"减负"不仅是减轻学生的课业负担,更是减轻学生的心理负担。但是在减"负"的过程中并不能出现减"质"的现象。"增效"同样也是提升老师的教学效率和学生的学习效率。所以这应该是教学内容的精简和革新,更是教育观念的变革。这就给教师们提出了更高的要求。本文针对在初中语文教学过程中,如何使用教学策略,在提起学生学习兴趣的同时实现减负增效展开探讨和分析。
In the process of junior high school Chinese teaching,teachers should adhere to the students as the main body,let students actively study,develop good learning habits,teachers,should change the innovative teaching program,provide students with more effective learning methods.Let the study become no longer difficult,enhance the interest in learning.Only in this way can we realize the real burden reduction and efficiency increase.The socalled"burden reduction"is not only to reduce the students'academic burden,but also to reduce the students'psychological burden.However,in the process of reducing"negative",the phenomenon of"quality"cannot be reduced."Efficiency"is also to improve teachers'teaching efficiency and students'learning efficiency.Therefore,this should be the simplification and innovation of teaching content,and the change of educational concept.This puts forward higher requirements for teachers.In this paper,in the process of junior high school Chinese teaching,how to use teaching strategies to arouse students'interest in learning and achieve the goal of reducing burden and increasing efficiency are discussed and analyzed.
