摘要
高等教育要致力于立德树人,致力于教书育人。追根溯源,就是要求大学回归重视教学的根本,"以本为本",推进"四个回归"。教学质量是高等教育的生命线,建立完善的教学管理体系是保障教学质量的生命线。而课表编排是否合理,是否科学,将直接影响教学秩序的正常运行,从而影响教学质量的提高。本文针对排课的影响因素和排课的基本原则,结合笔者在工作实践中遇到的一些实际问题,提出相应的见解和对策。
higher education should be devoted to moral cultivation and education.After all,it requires universities to pay attention to the essence of teaching,"based on this"and promote the"four returns".Teaching quality is the lifeline of higher education,and the establishment of a perfect teaching management system is the lifeline to ensure the quality of teaching.Whether the schedule is reasonable or scientific will directly affect the normal operation of teaching order,and thus affect the improvement of teaching quality.According to the influencing factors and basic principles of course arrangement,combined with some practical problems encountered in the work practice,this paper puts forward the corresponding opinions and countermeasures.
