摘要
文章以支臂型静磁栅传感器在某大型水电站泄洪洞闸门开度测量的应用为例,对动水风力因素影响传感器正确测量问题开展分析,制定了优化方案。通过对静磁栅传感器本体加固优化设计、安装位置调整,成功地消除了误差,为类似电站泄洪洞闸门应用静磁栅传感器解决测量误差问题提供参考。
Taking the application of arm type magnetostatic grid sensor in the gate opening measurement of a large hydropower station as an example,the influence of hydrodynamic and wind factors on the correct measurement of sensor were analyzed,and the optimization scheme was formulated.Through the reinforcement and optimization design of the magnetostatic grid sensor body and the adjustment of the installation position,the error was successfully eliminated,which provided a reference for similar power station spillway tunnel gate to use magnetostatic grid sensor to solve the measurement error problem.
