摘要
自动发电控制(AGC)是指按预定条件和要求,以迅速经济的方式自动控制水电站有功功率来满足系统需要的技术,是实现水电站自动化的一种方式,广泛运用于大、中型水电站。然而在实际应用中存在AGC与安控系统策略配合矛盾、AGC与一次调频配合矛盾、在特殊工况下AGC小负荷分配与安控系统策略配合矛盾等问题,本文主要介绍了某大型水电站AGC功能设计,针对AGC运行中发现的问题进行了分析,并提出优化策略。
Automatic power generation control(AGC)refers to the technology that automatically controls the active power of hydropower stations in a rapid and economical manner to meet system needs according to predetermined conditions and requirements.It is a way to realize hydropower station automation and it widely used in large and medium-sized hydropower stations.However,in practical applications,there are problems such as the contradiction between AGC and the security control system strategy coordination,the contradiction between AGC and the primary frequency modulation coordination,and the contradiction between the AGC small load distribution and the security control system strategy coordination under special conditions.This article mainly introduced AGC function of a large hydropower station Design,analyzed problems found in the operation of AGC,and proposed optimization strategies.
